History: The Southern Ohio Dog and Game Protective Association (“the club”) was incorporated in 1931. The basis for the formation of the club was the protection of game dogs and a parallel interest in conservation of wild game and aquatic life.
The initial members of the club were dog owners, hunters, farmers, anglers, professionals, skilled trades, etc. In short, a broad cross section of the population of the Southern Ohio area and that tradition continues.
Our Creed: Conservation, Reforestation, Head Water Lakes, Propagation and Liberation of Wild Game and Aquatic Life. Elimination of Stream Pollution. Teach and Practice Good Sportsmanship at all times.
Whitetails Unlimited Southern Ohio Dog & Game Banquet
The Club is hosting the Banquet on Saturday February 25, 2012. Social hour will start at 5:00 p.m.; the buffet is served at 6:30. This is a fund raiser for club. Tickets are $50.00 for single and $20.00 for spouse or child. Tickets include 1 year membership to Whitetails Unlimited, dinner and games. There are raffles for Firearm, Bows and various Hunting and Outdoor items. Also, Whitetails is hosting a Live and Silent Auction.
